2 Teams Teams of 3–4 Race For Time Time Cap: 60–70 Minutes RULES One sandbag must be cradled at all times Front cradle only 25kg men / 15kg women All reps must be performed synchronised Swaps allowed at any time Entire team stops together Hand-to-hand OR next carrier lifts before release Sandbag must never touch the ground DROP PENALTY: 20 synchro burpees WORKOUT Complete in order: 250 synchro squats 200 synchro push-ups 150 synchro reach sit-ups 100 synchro kettlebell swings 80 synchro burpees After completing each movement: Sandbag carrier remains standing with load All non-carriers: → 10m army crawl together Then resume work.
